1) Do I have to register an account at Agorahobby.com in order to make purchase?

Yes you have to register an account at Agorahobby.com in order to check out on the site.

2) After I registered an account, I did not receive the activation code from Agorahobby.com, what should I do?

If you did not receive the activation code, please send an email to boohasa@gmail.com or contact Teng Siang at +65 98767183 (WhatsApp available) about this issue and we will resend you the activation code as soon as possible. Please check your spam folder in your email account as we had cases where the activation code went inside the spam folder instead of inbox.

3) Do Agora Hobby have a physical store in Singapore?

Yes our store is Agora Hobby in Singapore, the store's address is Kitchener Complex French Road Block 809, #06-154 Singapore (200809).  More details can be found at http://agorahobby.com/about-us

4) Can I choose to pick up my order in person?

Yes you can, our place of collection will be at our brick and mortar store at Kitchener Complex French Road Block 809, #06-154 Singapore (200809).

5) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship single cards, sleeves, dice internationally. All international orders are shipped by Singpost. Due to Wizards of the Coast regulations we cannot ship any factory sealed products outside of Singapore. This includes booster boxes, booster packs, theme decks, intro pack, fat packs, and/or variety packs.

6) What do I do after selecting bank transfer as payment method for my order and have checked out?

If you have selected bank transfer as payment method and checked out, kindly make the respective payment to our account at POSB Saving, account number 108-47997-3. After you have done so, please send us a notification by email to boohasa@gmail.com or contact our sales in charge, Teng Siang at +65 98767183 (WhatsApp available).

7) What do I do after selecting local pick up for my order and have checked out? 

If you have selected local pick up for your order at our store, simply proceed to contact our sales in charge, Teng Siang at +65 98767183 (WhatsApp available) with your name and order id to arrange a date and time for the transaction.

8) How can I pay for my Agorahobby.com order?

There are 3 ways of making payment for your order,

1) Bank transfer to our Singapore-based POSB bank account:

We accept bank remittance to our Singapore-based POSB bank account. Payment from overseas or non-POSB Bank account may take up to 2-5 days to clear.

Our bank account type is POSB Saving, account number is 108- 47997- 3.

2) PayPal:

Customers can also opt for payment via PayPal which is usually an immediate form of payment.

3) Upfront payment during local pick up:

Customer can make cash payment to us, upon receiving his/her orders at our store.

9) When would my order be shipped if i chose normal / registered mail?

Unless otherwise stated, majority of the orders (not including preorders) will be shipped within one (1) business day after the order being placed.

10) What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?

All orders are double-checked for accuracy before being shipped, but it is still possible for mistakes to happen. If a mistake occurs in your order, please contact us at boohasa@gmail.com or contact our sales in charge, Teng Siang at +65 98767183 (WhatsApp available). We will fix the problem as soon as possible.

11) What do I do if I forgot the password for my account?

Simply contact Teng Siang at +65 98767183 (WhatsApp available) with your name and the email address for the account and we can change the password for you.
